PE Studies WEEK 4

We Participated in a 10 track fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were:

Track 1 focused on:

Track 2 focused on: Abs

Track 3 focused on: getting use to the excersises

Track 4 focused on: Abs

Track 5 focused on: Abs

Track 6 focused on: Running/Jogging

Track 7 focused on: Breathing

Track 8 focused on: Legs

Track 9 focused on: Abs

Track 10 focused on: Relaxing, and finishing.

Some of the moves or exercises i completed:

I completed all tracks, during the tracks we did star jumps, pushups, sit ups, jogging, jumps and stretches. I felt tired before the fitness class because i had bad sleep.

I felt good during the fitness class because it was fun.

I felt tired after the fitness class because i was already tired.

I liked the class because i got to do it with my friends and it didn’t feel bad.

My favorite tracks were Track 11 and Track 2

My least favorite tracks were: Track 2

What are you hoping to achieve during next weeks session?

I dont really expect to achieve much but i want to do better then last time

I am a 14 year old, who is in a class called PE Studies, we have it once a week and on every Monday we do a reflection and on every Tuesday we do a fitness class with 10 excersise tracks.
